There is no such thing as chaos

I believe, that at any level, there is no such thing as chaos, because the laws of physics would be broken.

It doesn’t matter about what level we are speaking, be it microscopic or astronomical, the laws of physics are the laws of physics. Therefore, there is no chaos. If, for example, a rubber ball is dropped inside a metal sphere, and we are unable to predict how it bounces, we call it chaos. If we are unable to predict how people may react in a given circumstance, we call it chaos. I say there is no such thing.

Our inability to predict how something will react is just that. In other words, we simply do not know enough about the objects in question. We simply do not know everything about the composition of the rubber ball, nor the metal sphere in which it bounces. The matter becomes crystal clear when we talk about people. We can never know what they will do in a given circumstance, we can only estimate average reactions. But still we do not have chaos, just the lack of data. I would appreciate feedback about this 🙂

There is no such thing as Chaos, because Chaos is randomness and random is but an Illusion. Ask a programmer or a mentalist !!!

I agree. Lack of perfected intelligence, and the limits of the evolving human mind, have created a category, or theory referred to as Chaos. Just read that the theory of chaos does have specific characteristics, so in fact, this is more of a scientific indication that they are tapping the surface to understanding that/those particular formula(s). As you said, you cannot defy physics. It’s a perfect design created by God.

Is there such a thing as chaos? Is an accident an accident? It is language conceived by us humans to fit our perception of the world, the universe. Chaos is a word we attribute to that which is beyond our grasp or comprehension, for instance, is a leaf which has fallen from a tree meant to land where it does on the earth or is it just chance, an accident. It is beyond our grasp and calculations to take into account all the mathematical and physical variables which influence the path of that leaf’s fall to earth so we interpret that as chance or a strand of chaos. Once the leaf is on the ground we accept it was meant to be because it has already happened and we cannot change it. We stand on this earth in this universe and see that because we are here it was meant to be. How it came to be is open to our examination and imagination. The question is was all of this including us created from within itself or from without by some eternal being both seemingly from nothing? It is 2 sides of the one coin: a story or faith in someone greater than us creating all of this in an orderly fashion based on our perception of what order is or a faith in nature or matter to create itself and continue to develop and evolve over billions of years to what we have now. A story of creation enables us to have some control over the understanding of a process; evolution involves a complex maze of processes which are beyond our ability to control and therefore appear to be chaotic to us but they all move in one direction to where we are now. It was meant to be one way or the other. Human beings have a need for someone or something to be in control so that our minds can exist in order as we understand it. Control is the issue. Anything or process which we are not in control of is deemed to be disorder or chaos yet here we are and it was meant to be. People look for packages of meaning for their own convenience and comfort but truth is always emerging. Questions bring more questions as it should be like is God both sides of the coin? Is there such a state of nothing? May your journey through this marvellous creation be happy and fruitful.

In our universe, every reaction is proceeded by well ordered sequence of actions. Our ignorance of what these actions are that cause a specific reaction can be referred to as being chaotic, magical, or a random event. These symbolic word expressions are just another way of pointing our lack of knowing, hence I agree, there is no such thing as chaos.
